About This Role
As an Executive – Lead Generation & Sales, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and creating new business opportunities for Accord Technologies Limited. This role involves market research, client communication, field visits, lead qualification, CRM updates, and regular follow-ups with prospects.
You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business development activities, schedule client meetings, and help promote the company’s products and services to corporate clients. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and experience in B2B or corporate sales.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients using various online platforms, databases, and networking channels.

Generate leads through multiple channels, including email campaigns, social media outreach, direct communication, events, and field activities.

Conduct in-person visits and meetings to present company products/services and engage with prospective clients.

Initiate first-level communication to understand client requirements and assess their business needs.

Qualify leads based on target customer profiles and convert them into viable business opportunities.

Maintain and regularly update a structured lead database within CRM systems.

Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups and engagement.

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to schedule meetings, support campaigns, and track lead generation performance.
Requirements
Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B and Corporate Sales.

Strong communication skills (Both English & Bangla).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good understanding of sales strategies and market trends.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
