Accord Technologies Ltd. started its venture with Accord HRM which was born out of a decade of HR & Payroll outsourcing experience of ACE Advisory, and it replaced the firm’s internally developed software launched in 2016. It has been developed for companies of all sizes looking to automate their HR & Payroll functions at an affordable cost while being fully compliant to taxes and regulations in Bangladesh. And now Accord Technologies Limited is looking to create a bigger mark in Bangladesh’s tech industry with its Product centric approach.

Seezan Mumith Choudhury, founder Partner of ACE Advisory and Director of Accord Technologies Limited, has 15+ years of experience in BPO accounting, tax, audit, and advisory services. A qualified expert in local and international tax, foreign exchange controls, and regulatory affairs. Seezan is a Fellow member of the ACCA.

Mr. Anwar is the has been with ATL at the Bangladesh Office and Chief of Projects with 17+ years in fintech and capital markets. He served as CEO of Tasia Securities Ltd. and held leadership roles at Asian Tiger Capital Partners Asset Management and Kingdom Shenzhen Sci-Tech. His experience includes BRAC Bank, City Bank, Trust Bank, and IDLC, focusing on operations, technology, and digital transformation across complex projects. He holds an MBA from European International University, Paris, a B.Sc in CSE from AUST, and certifications including PMP, ITIL, CCNA, and MCSA.
